Is this right for you?
For builders who want to own their AI
If you simply want a helpful assistant, today's AI apps with connectors will get you there quickly. AI Architect is for people who want to understand and own the whole system: where their data lives, how memory works, what their agents can and cannot do, and how to keep it all running as the technology changes.
The programme
What you build in four weeks
Week 01: Technical foundations
Your own server, an open-source agent framework, a messaging channel and a long-term memory system: the base your AI partner runs on.
Week 02: AI partner onboarding
Your agent’s identity, voice and interaction tools, its own email address, and scheduled jobs that let it work for you autonomously.
Week 03: A strategic AI system
An AI leadership team of specialised agents, memory management, extended tools, maintenance and back-ups.
Week 04: Being an AI Architect
Mindset and identity, ethics, privacy and security, and the new business opportunities that open up when you can design AI systems.
Format: video modules, one live call a week (AM or PM group), personal support and exchange with your cohort.
What graduates built
From the very first session, I embarked on a journey to build my own executive AI agent step by step. Four weeks later, I already have a real operational partner working while I sleep. This isn’t theory - it’s executive infrastructure up and running today.

Fernando
Strategy & Innovation Consultant
I began intending to build one AI partner. Four weeks later, I had a working team of specialised agents, persistent memory, clear hand-offs and boundaries that keep the human in authority. That is rare: a programme structured enough to produce something real, yet open enough for what you build to remain truly your own.

Martina
Technology architect
Before this program, I asked myself how I can stay relevant with my consulting business with all that is happening in AI. The program empowered me to build the basis for evolving my business and that of my clients with AI. I turned from a solopreneur into a "soloaipreneur".

Oliver
Business Innovation Consultant
In the program I built my own agent, set up the machine it runs on, and created the backup and memory that support it. What I value most is the confidence to keep building things that used to be out of my wheelhouse.

Ann
Business owner
The Architects modules really build your capabilities and knowledge. Whilst some of the content will inevitably become democratised and easier to use for the masses, there is no substitute to having a good understanding of the component parts.

Tony
Innovation coach
I may not be pushing AI forward, but I can now confidently build with what exists. The course gave me practical architectural skills, not just theory.

Robin
Strategy and project lead
Trust and security
Powerful, and designed to stay in your hands
Your agent runs in a sandboxed environment on infrastructure you control, with its own inbox and its own permissions. You decide what it can reach, what it remembers and what needs your approval. Ethics, privacy and security have their own module, and every design choice keeps the human in authority.
The next step
From Builder to Architect
In the AI Builder Lab you learn to build tools and products with AI. In AI Architect you design the system that works alongside you every day, and learn to run it safely as models and platforms change.
